What Builds Over Time
You'll learn to catch your patterns while they're happening, not just analyzing them afterward. You'll build responses that come naturally instead of requiring constant mental effort. And you'll develop the capacity to notice when something isn't working and adjust in real-time, rather than pushing through until you crash.
Specifically, you'll learn to:
Recognize your body's signals before you hit your limit
Sort which details serve your goals and which add unnecessary mental load
Repair when things go sideways, without spiraling into shame or avoidance
This is billed monthly, but please plan for 3 months minimum. That's when the work starts to stick.
What This Looks Like in Practice:
We'll start by meeting once a week, to build momentum. Every 6th session, we’ll check in and adjust based on what's working. Between sessions, you have email/text support so you're never figuring things out alone.
This isn't about forcing yourself into someone else’s system. It's about discovering what actually works for your brain and practicing it until it becomes second nature.
How to Prepare
A general sense of what pattern you’d like to shift. That’s it. Coaching works through experimentation, not flawless execution.
If helpful, a dedicated notebook or digital space to help you track patterns and insights between sessions.
