You think and feel deeply….

But you’re struggling to translate it into consistent action

You give a lot to others…

But you’re overwhelmed by communication breakdowns

You tried every system & strategy…

But nothing sticks or works the way it used to

Meet Vivian

Hi, I’m Vivian and I’m AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD).

I know what it’s like to feel different.

After years of trying to force my brain to work like everyone else’s, I discovered that the key wasn’t “fixing” myself. It was understanding how my mind actually works, and building a life around that reality.

With a background in psychology and years of experience navigating my own neurodivergence across multiple careers, I now help other neurodivergent professionals and their families create sustainable approaches to work, home, and relationships.

My goal is not to make you “normal.” It’s to help you build a life that fits how you naturally are

Think of it as a pressure-free way to say things out loud, sort through the mental noise, and see what kind of support you’re actually seeking. You bring the questions and thoughts, and I’ll bring the curiosity and care. Worst case? You get 45 minutes of being truly listened to. Best case? We make magic.

Testimonials

"Talking to someone who has been there and knows what you’re trying to explain without you having to find the right words is like a breath of fresh air and I can’t thank Vivian enough for giving me that space."

— Katie Widmar

“Vivian asked questions that made me realise I’d been approaching interviews and my resume against my strengths. I need to express my character more, and leadership may be more ‘me.’ ”

— FS

“I feel like I have more tools in the tool belt to understand why I get overwhelmed. I feel more equipped to manage my emotions. It was nice to be seen by someone who gets it."

— Hanna Teape
