People who recognize their patterns but can't respond differently in the moments that matter.
Maybe you know you're burning out but can't stop saying yes. You recognize when you're pretending to be someone else but don't know how to stop without feeling exposed. You understand why routines failed but struggle to build ones that actually stick.
This package is for the gap between insight and action. When understanding yourself isn't enough anymore, and you're ready to practice responding differently when it matters most.
What Changes after 12 Sessions:
You'll learn to catch your patterns while they're happening, not just analyzing them afterward. You'll build responses that come naturally instead of requiring constant mental effort. And you'll develop the capacity to notice when something isn't working and adjust in real-time, rather than pushing through until you crash.
Specifically, you'll learn to:
Recognize your body's signals before you hit your limit (not after you're already overwhelmed)
Sort which details actually serve your goals vs. which ones add unnecessary mental load
Make decisions that feel grounded in what you want, even when external pressure is high
Repair when things don't go as planned, without spiraling into shame or avoidance
What This Looks Like in Practice:
We'll start by meeting once or twice a week, to build momentum. Around session 6, we check in and adjust the rhythm based on what's working. Between sessions, you have email/text support so you're never figuring things out alone.
This isn't about adopting someone else's routine or forcing yourself into everyone else’s systems. It's about discovering what actually works for your brain and practicing it with support until it becomes second nature.
By 12 Sessions, You'll Have:

Automatic responses that don't require constant self-monitoring
Confidence that when something stops working, you can adjust without losing all your progress
A sustainable approach that fits your actual capacity, and not an idealized version of it
How to Prepare
A general sense of what pattern you’d like to shift. That’s it.
A notebook or digital space can help you track patterns between sessions, but it's not required. Attendance matters, but perfection doesn't. Coaching works through experimentation, not flawless execution. Email and text support is available between sessions so you're never navigating alone.
Pricing
This package includes 12 sessions for $1500 ($125/session) — a savings of $300 compared to booking a package of 6 sessions. You can pay in full, or split into 2-3 installments.
